We're a 100% Romanian company, developing, for over 13 years, the Sincron HR Software solution – an all-in-one Human Capital Management (HCM) software for automating human resources processes in this digital era. Our HR software is developed locally, sold, and implemented in Romania and North America.

In this context, the Sincron HR Software brand plays a substantial role in our business mix. We are looking for a Marketing Specialist that can happily blend a customer-driven brand positioning with familiarity in using digital communication channels & platforms. Room to grow toward a managerial position, along with more implications in the strategic aspects.
Responsibilities for Senior Marketing Specialist:
- Take over the existing marketing plan and implement it while learning about the brand, product, and market
- Coordinate, manage and further develop the brand communication strategy, using a variety of activities/channels, with a focus on the digital media – in coordination with sales & product teams
- Comfortably performing tasks in the following digital communication areas:
- Website management
- SEO and content writing for SEO
- Social media - company page management and posting
- PPC – sales lead generation campaigns
- Newsletter campaigns
- KPI monitoring & reporting
- Create relevant content for the HR communities based on product team input and own research
- Develop a good understanding of our product and the Romanian Human Resources industry and infuse this know-how in a consistent brand communication
- Monitor key online marketing metrics to track progress (Analytics, SEO reports, CRM KPIs)
- Stay updated on market trends and competitive activity
- Propose the brand marketing budget and manage its spending
- Manage the brand agencies for SEO and website technical support

Technical qualifications & skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience: 5+ years in Brand Management/ Marketing, with 2+ years in Digital Marketing
- Content writing skills
- Advanced English (writing, speaking)
- Good understanding of social media platforms
- Highly appreciated:
- CRM usage experience
- Knowledge of video and picture editing software
- Previous experience in the HR industry
Personal skills:
- Proactive attitude towards work and teamwork
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Motivation through projects ownership
- Client-centric marketing approach
- Ability to work cross-functionally

The current way of working and plans:
- Typically, our office is in Bucharest, but currently, the whole team works remotely
- For min. 1 year, we continue to work remotely - you will not waste time on the way to the office
- If you are a responsible person and you solve your tasks on time, you have flexibility in the work schedule
- We are looking for a long-term collaboration; we accept candidates from Bucharest and the country within a radius of approx. 200 km from the capital. The plan for a return to normalcy will be a mix of remote and partial office work. So, if you apply from outside Bucharest, know that we will want to see each other directly from time to time.
- You will need an Internet connection that allows you to work from home without interruptions due to the quality of the net, and we can contribute to this.
